2011 5ft 9in 150lb Collin Keefer is a guy you have to have on a team with his scrappy mentality. He is a versatile player that allows a coach to play him anywhere on the field except for pitcher and does it very well. His primary position is Catcher where he is a great receiver/blocker and very good catch and throw guy. His POP times are consistently 2.0-2.1 and very accurate. He is a good fundamentally sound line drive hitter who uses the whole field to hit in and will fight you tooth and nail when it comes to 2 strikes. He has a good arm and runs a 7.4 60yd dash. He is a true gamer that loves to play the game but will not blow you away with his physical tools but coach’s will love him being on any club. He is an outstanding student athlete at Ardrey Kell High School and will continue his development this Fall with the 2011 On Deck O’s Black Team.
