|
2011, 6’ 3” 160lb Pitching and Hitting Prospect Austin Hicks is a guy who is an athletic 1st baseman who can also pitch. He has a tall skinny frame that will definitely hold more weight as he continues to lift and develop physically. He is a line drive gap to gap type hitter who will hit for more power as he continues to get stronger. He also shows a big upside on the mound where he possesses a low 80’s fastball that he can fill up the zone with and has worked hard this summer on his off speed pitches that seem to get better with every start. He still has more velocity in there with his tall slender frame that he will continue to work hard on throughout the year. By Bo Robinson. |
