The championship game was a 0-0 contest going into the 6th inning. In the top of the sixth the Warhawks scored on back to back hits by Growski and Westin Weiss to take a lead. The Cubs answered back in the bottom of the inning after a two out throwing error scored the tying run. Dillion Edwards drove in the go ahead run and Renvill added an RBI single to put the Cubs ahead 3-1. In the top of the seventh the Warhawks threatened and scored a run on an RBI single from Alex Touris. Cubs left fielder Dillion Joyner made a saving catch in left and closer Rookie Davis struck out the next batter with the tying run at second.

The Consolation championship came down to the bottom of the seventh where the Rcihmond Braves Nationals scored 2 to come from behind 3-4 and walk off with the win in a 5-4 game. The game was tied 2-2 after one and then both teams settled down for a battle. The Braves took a 3-2 lead in the bottom of the third on an RBI triple by Scotty Hurrell. The Canes tied it back up in the fourth on an RBI sacrifice fly from Ferrante. The Canes added a run in the sixth on a single from Steele and throwing error by the Braves. In the top of the seventh the Braves escaped trouble with runners on second and third the Canes failed to execute a squeeze and the game went to the bottom of the innng 4-3 in favor of the Canes. Andy Runion led off with a hit; Nick Christopher drove in the tying run with a triple and with one out Casey Fox knocked in the game winner with a single.
